Privacy Policy

Account data. When you register we store your name, email address and a hashed password. We never store plain-text passwords.

Order data. Products purchased, amounts paid, payment references, the phone number used for mobile money checkout, and the credentials delivered to you.

Notification emails. If you ask to be notified about a restock, we store the email address until the alert is sent.

We use your data to process orders, deliver credentials, honor warranties, refund to store credit, and contact you about your orders. We do not sell or rent personal data.

The built-in inbox feature connects to your purchased mailbox over IMAP, read-only, using the credentials you already own. Messages are fetched on demand and never stored on our servers.

Fapshi. Payments are collected by Fapshi (MTN MoMo / Orange Money). We send the amount, your phone number and order reference — never your password.

Account suppliers. Supplier-backed products are provisioned from upstream marketplaces; only the listing ID is shared — never customer data.

Delivered credentials are stored encrypted at rest on our database and shown only to the purchasing account. Keep them private — anyone holding them controls the purchased account.

Order and transaction records are retained for accounting and warranty purposes. You may request account deletion by contacting us; delivered-order records remain for legal compliance.
