Terms of Service
Effective October 20, 2026 — the rules for buying on AgoBuyam.
1. The service
AgoBuyam sells pre-made digital accounts (social media, email, streaming and similar) and digital subscriptions. Products marked instant are delivered automatically once payment confirms; manual products are fulfilled by our team, typically within hours.
2. Orders & payment
Prices are in Central African Francs (XAF) and paid via Fapshi mobile money or store credit. An order is complete when credentials appear on your order page. Abandoned checkouts expire automatically.
3. Warranty & refunds
Products carry the warranty window shown on the product page. If delivered credentials stop working within warranty and the failure is on our side, we replace the account or refund the purchase to your store credit. Warranty does not cover bans or lockouts caused by misuse after delivery — always secure accounts (password, recovery email, 2FA) immediately.
4. Acceptable use
Purchased accounts are for lawful use only. You are responsible for how you use them and for complying with the third-party platform's own terms of service. We may refuse service for fraud, abuse, or chargeback attempts.
5. Store credit
Refunds are credited to your AgoBuyam balance and can be spent on any product. Store credit is not withdrawable as cash.
6. Liability
Accounts are third-party digital goods provided "as delivered". Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected order.
